Membership

Soar with the Eagles

Becoming a member of TFOE-PE, Inc. and the Kadaugan Centurions Eagles Club is more than joining an organization — it is a commitment to brotherhood, civic excellence, and a life of service. Membership is granted through a structured process guided by the 5Is, and sustained through the 3Ts that every Eagle must embody.

Membership Process

The 5Is of TFOE-PE Membership

Every aspiring Eagle journeys through five essential stages before being welcomed into the brotherhood. Each step ensures that new members are ready, worthy, and fully committed to the values of the Order.

1
First I
Interview

The journey begins with a formal interview conducted by the club's membership committee or designated officers. This is an opportunity for the club to learn more about the applicant — their character, background, motivations, and alignment with the values of TFOE-PE. It is also a chance for the aspiring Eagle to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of what membership entails.

2
Second I
Introduction

Once the interview is favorable, the applicant is formally introduced to the club's members. This presentation to the brotherhood allows existing members to know the applicant personally. A sponsor — an existing member in good standing — vouches for the applicant and takes responsibility for guiding them through the membership process. Acceptance at this stage opens the door to the next step.

3
Third I
Incubation

The incubation period is a probationary phase where the applicant actively participates in club activities and community programs. During this time, they observe and learn the traditions, rituals, and responsibilities of brotherhood firsthand. This period allows both the club and the applicant to assess genuine compatibility before proceeding to formal membership.

4
Fourth I
Initiation / Indoctrination

The most solemn stage — the applicant undergoes the official initiation and indoctrination rites of TFOE-PE, Inc. This is a sacred ceremony where the new Eagle takes an oath of brotherhood, is oriented on the history, structure, rules, and values of the Order, and is formally recognized as a member of the fraternity. It is a moment of deep commitment and profound brotherhood.

5
Fifth I
Induction

The culmination of the journey — the new Eagle is formally inducted into the club in an official ceremony witnessed by fellow members, regional officers, and invited guests. The induction ceremony marks the full acceptance of the new member into the brotherhood and confers all the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of TFOE-PE membership. Welcome to the family, Eagle!

Member Commitment

The 3Ts Every Eagle Must Give

Membership is not passive — it is a living commitment. Every Eagle is called to contribute to the brotherhood and community through three essential offerings known as the 3Ts.

Time

An Eagle gives his time — showing up for meetings, attending community programs, participating in events, and being present for his brothers. Time is the most precious gift a member can offer, because brotherhood is built not in intention, but in presence. Your hours volunteered, your consistent attendance, and your active engagement are the lifeblood of a thriving chapter.

Talent

Every Eagle brings unique skills, expertise, and gifts. Giving your talent means using what you are good at — whether it is leadership, communication, sports, arts, carpentry, healthcare, or any other skill — in service of the club and the community. The brotherhood is strongest when every member contributes from their strengths, and collectively, our talents make us extraordinary.

Treasure

Sustaining the club's programs and activities requires financial support. Members are expected to give their treasure — through dues, membership fees, and voluntary contributions to club projects and charity drives. Every peso contributed funds feeding programs, scholarships, civic activities, and the operational needs of the chapter. Generosity of treasure reflects generosity of heart — a hallmark of every true Eagle.

"An Eagle does not ask what the Order can do for him —
he asks what he can do for his brothers and his community."
